Regardless of the pay grade, it seems to be indisputable that a large portion of the new jobs referenced are in Texas. I cannot understand why lower wage jobs don't count. The Texas economy is relatively good. Gov.

I like Kevin D's idea - except the banks would probably lend as irresponsibly as they have to the people who can't pay for their homes, and we'd be right back in the same situation. Let them fail. No company should be too big to fail. Capitalism contemplates winners and losers.

I understand the big salaries for CEOs. I have no problem with them, unless you are a failure. If you're on the verge of bankruptcy, then you need to help yourself first.

"Private Matter"???? They are begging for a bailout from the taxpayers! Let them all fail. Maybe Toyota or someone else will pick up the valuable pieces and fill the void. It would not be nearly as devastating as they would have you believe.

The first sentence of the article is misleading. The Supreme Court did not side with Ohio Sec. of State. The Court said the Ohio GOP does not have standing to enforce the law. According to the article, the Court does not comment on whether the Secretary of State is doing her job.

If the article is correct, then the opinion sounds like a very conservative opinion - strict construction of the statute.

According to the article, the Supreme Court held that private entities do not have standing to enforce the law. The Supreme Court did not comment on whether the Secretary of State was doing her job. You really should read the opinion before taking such partisan positions.
